Responsibilities

• Follow internal procedures to aggregate criminal, personal, and identifiable information to complete background checks.
• Process reports in the Tazworks system by dispatching searches and filtering information based on address history.
• Complete daily tasks as assigned by the Processing Supervisor.
• Collaborate with Client Services to fulfill processing needs and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure reports are processed quickly and accurately per client preferences.
• Maintain 9+ reports per hour within 60 days and 12+ per hour thereafter.
• Maintain a <1% error rate across processed reports.
