Job summary

isolved is seeking a Criminal Record Processing Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the criminal record processing team. You will supervise processing, ensure timely, accurate orders, and uphold FCRA compliance while meeting client specifications.

You will coach staff, monitor performance metrics, and maintain procedures and training materials. This remote role supports clients nationwide and requires strong leadership and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or higher with 2-3 years direct experience in background screening.
• Strong understanding of FCRA regulations and state-specific guidelines.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team in a production environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with background screening platforms (e.g., Tazworks).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the criminal record processing team and manage workloads.
• Escalate complex issues and coordinate with clients on setup questions.
• Monitor performance metrics (RPH, error rates) and coach staff.
• Perform quality reviews to ensure accuracy before client delivery.
• Maintain compliance with FCRA and client specifications.
• Develop procedures, reference materials, and training docs.
• Onboard and train new Processing Agents within ramp timelines.
• Collaborate with Client Services to resolve report issues.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date departmental tools and procedures.
