Job summary

isolved is seeking a Criminal Record Processing Agent to handle pre-employment background checks by following client specifications and reading Identity Development results. You will coordinate county searches, review aggregate data, and ensure timely, compliant reporting for our clients.

The role emphasizes rapid, accurate processing, meticulous attention to detail, and adherence to internal procedures. Remote work with US-based responsibilities is supported under a structured supervision model.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Extreme attention to detail; prolonged screen time and strong visual acuity.
• Adherence to company and departmental policies.
• Confidence in decision-making and ability to explain processes.
• Excellent multitasking skills and task management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Follow internal procedures to aggregate criminal, personal, and identifiable information about job applicants to complete background checks.
• Process reports in the Tazworks system by dispatching county criminal and civil searches to field researchers, and filter relevant searches.
• Perform all daily duty tasks assigned by the Processing Supervisor.
• Work with Client Services to fulfill processing needs for clients on specific reports and provide information to assist with client inquiries.
• Follow client preferences to ensure reports are processed quickly and accurately.
• Within 60 days from start, average 9+ Reports Per Hour (RPH).
• After 60 days, maintain an average of 12+ RPH per month.
• Maintain a mistake ratio of less than 1% of total processed reports.
