Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of related technical experience, and FAA Drug & Alcohol Program participation. Onsite work, shift differential applies for 2nd/3rd shifts.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent demonstrated ability.
• At least 1 year of related technical experience.
• Enrollment in FAA Drug & Alcohol Program is required.

Aufgaben

• Perform precision assembly and test operations on hydraulic, pneumatic, and electromechanical valves and actuators.
• Use dial indicators, calipers, and micrometers to verify build requirements.
• Operate hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic test equipment and fixtures.
• Maintain dimensional accuracy with torque wrenches and gauging tools.
• Follow assembly drawings, parts lists, and test specifications.
• Diagnose test failures and perform rework to meet test requirements.
• Clean components to required cleanliness levels.
• Possibly work on repair units alongside production units.
• Contribute to a collaborative, productive team environment.
