Job summary

Moog Inc. in East Aurora, NY (Buffalo area) is seeking an A&T Technician II for 2nd shift to support assembly, testing and qualification of high-precision systems.

The role requires following assembly instructions and using mechanical and electrical test methods; experience with ERPs and basic IT tools is preferred. You'll operate on a 3:00pm–11:30pm schedule onsite, joining a safety‑driven, team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; otherwise ability to follow English instructions and basic math.
• Commitment to Moog’s culture of teamwork, integrity and safety.
• Display a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Experience in assembly, mechanical and/or electrical is a plus.
• Experience diagnosing/troubleshooting mechanical components and test failures.
• Set up and perform operational tests on high precision stands using hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic equipment.
• Basic computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP usage.
• Adhere to EHS and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision assembly on complex systems and use hand tools, fixtures and gages.
• Conduct tests using hydraulic, mechanical and electrical means to validate acceptance.
• Record test results and communicate failures for rework.
• Ensure units are tested per current revision and report anomalies to supervision.
• Use measuring equipment to validate conformance with test requirements.
• Support a high-performing team by coordinating tasks and sharing expertise.
• Understand department production goals and communicate deviations.
