Job summary

Moog Inc. in Buffalo/East Aurora, NY is seeking an A&T Technician III for a 1st shift, onsite role. The candidate will perform precision assembly on complex systems and conduct various tests using hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic equipment.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 3+ years in a related field, and proficiency with ERP systems and basic office software. Strict adherence to safety procedures is essential, with responsibilities spanning from setup to documenting

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred.
3+ years related technical experience.
Experience diagnosing/troubleshooting mechanical components and test failures.
Set up and perform tests on high-precision test stands using hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic test equipment.
Basic computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook).
Use and maintain the ERP system to record product builds, SNs, and material use.
Adherence to EHS and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Perform precision assembly on complex systems.
Assemble products using torque wrenches, fixtures, tooling and gauges.
Perform test operations using hydraulic, mechanical and electrical methods.
Work from drawings and instructions and provide written communication of results.
Identify and communicate test failures and assist rework.
Ensure units meet revision specs and report abnormalities to supervisor.
Use measuring equipment and validate product against test requirements.
Understand department goals and communicate deviations.
