Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking an A&T Technician II for the 2nd shift, onsite in Buffalo/East Aurora, NY. You will report to the Assembly and Test Supervisor and perform precision assembly on complex systems, using hand tools, fixtures and test stands.

The role requires mechanical, electrical and assembly experience, plus the ability to troubleshoot test failures and operate ERP and basic Windows software. Moog offers a strong team culture, 10% shift differential for 2nd shift, relocation assistance, and

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred; ability to understand and follow instructions.
Display a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Assembly, mechanical and/or electrical experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience diagnosing/troubleshooting mechanical components and test failures.
Set up and perform operational tests of finished products on high-precision test stands.
Basic computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook).
Use and maintain the ERP system to record product builds, SNs, and material use.
Adhere to EHS and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Perform precision assembly on complex systems that support various applications.
Assemble products using hand/tools, fixtures, gages and instructions.
Perform tests using hydraulic, mechanical and electrical methods to validate acceptance.
Communicate test failures and support reworking as needed.
Ensure units are tested per revision letters and report anomalies.
Use measuring equipment to validate test requirements.
Support team by coordinating tasks and sharing expertise.
