Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking an A&T Technician III for the 2nd shift to perform precision assembly and testing on high-precision systems at our onsite facility in East Aurora/Buffalo, NY.

You will follow detailed assembly instructions, use torque tools, fixtures, and gauges, and verify performance per test procedures. The role requires 3+ years in a related technical field, strong problem-solving, and clean documentation in ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; ability to understand and follow English instructions.
• At least 3 years related experience in a technical field.
• Experience diagnosing/troubleshooting mechanical components and test failures.
• Set up and perform operational tests of finished products on high precision test stands using hydraulic, pneumatic and electronic equipment.
• Basic computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP system usage.
• Adherence to EHS and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision assembly on complex systems and use torque wrenches, fixtures and gauges.
• Work from assembly instructions and drawings; communicate test results clearly.
• Conduct test operations using hydraulic, mechanical and electrical methods to verify product acceptance.
• Record performance results and deviations in documentation and ERP.
• Identify and communicate any abnormal conditions to the supervisor.
