ACP, Inc. is seeking anAssembler to join our Cedar Rapids assembly team. You will perform paced, repetitive assembly work, inspect and test high‑speed cooking products, and follow prints and directives using electrical, hydraulic, and air tools.

The position offers a full‑time 4/10's schedule (6 am–4:30 pm, Mon–Thu; overtime on Fri), with a competitive benefits package starting after hire date and weekend days off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Solid work history in manufacturing preferred.
• Prior assembly line experience not required; training available for motivated candidates.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, and test commercial high‑speed cooking products using various hand tools and equipment.
• Follow standard work instructions, assembly directives, and prints to perform paced, repetitive tasks.
