Job summary

ACP, Inc. is seeking anAssembler to join our Cedar Rapids assembly team. You will perform paced, repetitive assembly work, inspect and test high‑speed cooking products, and follow prints and directives using electrical, hydraulic, and air tools.

The position offers a full‑time 4/10's schedule (6 am–4:30 pm, Mon–Thu; overtime on Fri), with a competitive benefits package starting after hire date and weekend days off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Solid work history in manufacturing preferred.
• Prior assembly line experience not required; training available for motivated candidates.

Located in SW Cedar Rapids, ACP, Inc. is a division of Welbilt, an Ali Group Company, and since 1969, has been a leader in manufacturing and designing commercial high-speed and microwave ovens used in some of your favorite restaurants. We are looking for additional team members to join our assembly team!

Assembler: Perform paced, repetitive work in assembly operations by following standard work, assembly directives, and prints. You will inspect, assemble, and test commercial high-speed cooking products using various electrical, hydraulic and air operated hand tools and equipment.

Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent and a solid work history preferably in a manufacturing environment. Prior assembly line experience preferred but not required, as we are willing to train interested and motivated candidates.
