Summit Polymers is seeking an Applique Molding Operator/Associate to work under supervision in the molding department. Responsibilities include operating molding machines, inspecting parts, packing, labeling, and maintaining quality according to standard guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow Operator Instruction Sheets for each part.
• Inspect, count, weigh, pack, and label parts per instructions.
• Operate molding machines and assist with machine malfunctions.
• Monitor production quality against approved samples and accept/reject as needed.
• Perform basic clerical tasks to record production.
• Maintain cleanliness per 5S and safety procedures.
• Interface with production monitoring system.
• Assist with breaks for other operators.
• Perform other duties as directed.
