Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking a Big O Alignment Technician to perform brake, alignment, and other mechanical work in a fast-paced auto service environment. You will maintain service flow, diagnose and repair vehicles, and support the team to meet safety and productivity goals.

Role requires minimum one year of automotive shop experience, ability to work outdoors, and valid driver’s license; ASE certs preferred. Competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a lube/tire/service technician is required.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to communicate accurately with customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end, and alignment maintenance and other mechanical work.
• Maintain orderly flow of service assignments to ensure productivity.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles, perform quality control on shop functions.
• Operate vehicles safely and attend weekly safety/store meetings.
• Assist in organizing documentation and ensure proper invoicing data.
• Support management in achieving service-related quotas and goals.
• Provide orientation/training support for new personnel.
