Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking a Big O Alignment Technician in Missouri to perform brake, alignment, and related mechanical work while ensuring quality control and safety. You will support customer service flow, participate in meetings, and assist in invoicing and program compliance.

The role requires 18+ years old, a year of lube/tire/service experience, and the ability to work outdoors, with ASE certifications preferred. MFA Oil values safety and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year experience as lube/tire/service technician.
• Able to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Able to operate a computer and office equipment.
• Able to safely operate auto and manual transmissions.
• Able to communicate accurately with customers.
• Able to work with hazardous materials.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Willing to work holidays, weekends, and after hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end, and alignment maintenance and related mechanical work.
• Maintain orderly flow of customer service assignments to ensure productivity.
• Ensure MFA Oil’s Extra Care Services are extended to customers.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles with quality control of shop functions.
• Safely operate customer vehicles and move them as needed.
• Attend weekly store meetings to review safety and policies.
• Assist in organizing and processing adjustments and credits.
• Support management to meet service and sales quotas.
• Provide information for invoicing and use outside purchase program for profitability.
• Support vehicle inspection program and timely alignments.
