Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company, a Big O Tires franchise, seeks an Alignment Technician to perform alignment and mechanical work in a fast-paced Missouri store. The role emphasizes accurate, timely service in line with company programs and safety standards.

The technician will diagnose and repair vehicles, maintain service quality, and support store productivity while adhering to PPE and safety policies. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work holidays/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as a lube/tire/service technician.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to operate computer and other office productivity machinery.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end, and alignment maintenance and general mechanical work.
• Maintain the orderly flow of customer service assignments to ensure productivity.
• Ensure Big O’s Extra Care Services are extended to all customers.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles, perform quality control on shop functions.
• Safely operate customer vehicles and move them in/out of service areas.
• Assist in organizing, documenting, and processing adjustments and core credits.
