Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company, operator of Break Time and a Big O Tires franchise in Missouri, seeks an Alignment Technician to perform brake, front end, and alignment maintenance in accordance with company programs, policies and procedures.

You will diagnose and repair vehicles, safely operate transmissions, provide accurate information to customers, assist with inventory and shop flow, participate in safety and PPE compliance, and help the store achieve service, sales, and productivity goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a lube/tire/service technician.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end, and alignment maintenance in accordance with company programs and procedures.
• Maintain the orderly flow of customer service assignments to ensure productivity.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles, performing quality control of all shop functions.
• Safely operate customer vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.
