Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company is seeking a Big O Alignment Technician to perform brake, front end, and alignment maintenance and related mechanical work in our Kansas shop.

The role requires at least one year of lube/tire/service experience, ability to operate vehicles, and a commitment to safety. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within MFA Oil’s Big O Tires franchise.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of lube/tire/service technician experience.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Ability to meet company pre-employment screenings and legal work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end, and alignment maintenance per procedures.
• Maintain orderly flow of customer service with productivity focus.
• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, ensuring quality control.
• Safely operate customer vehicles in and around service areas.
• Communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Support budgeted service, sales, and productivity goals.
