Big O Tires Store - Legends Outlets in Kansas City is seeking an Alignment Technician to perform brake, alignment, and related mechanical work with emphasis on accuracy and safety. The role focuses on maintaining efficient customer service flow and ensuring quality control across shop functions.

The position requires minimum one year as a lube/tire/service technician, ability to learn new concepts, and readiness to work in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as a lube/tire/service technician.
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials.
• Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment.
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end, and alignment maintenance and related mechanical work.
• Maintain orderly flow of customer service assignments for productivity.
• Ensure Big O’s Extra Care Services are extended to customers.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles and perform quality control on shop functions.
• Safely move vehicles in and out of service areas and attend safety meetings.
• Assist in organizing documentation for adjustments and core credits.
