Job summary

The role requires ability to work outdoors, lift 75 pounds, and pass pre-employment screenings, with opportunities to grow within a multi-site oil and tire operations network.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in an automotive shop environment.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Sales abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and plan work activities using time efficiently.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Ability to perform detail work with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end, and alignment maintenance as well as mechanical work in accordance with company programs, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain flow of customer service assignments to ensure productivity.
• Ensure Extra Care Services are extended to all customers.
• Diagnose and repair vehicles, performing quality control of shop functions.
• Safely operate vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.
• Attend store meetings to review safety issues and store policies.

Education
