Job summary

MFA Petroleum Company, owner of Big O Tires franchises, is seeking an Alignment Technician to perform brake, front end, and alignment maintenance in accordance with company policies.

You will diagnose and repair vehicles, ensure quality control, and support store goals while coordinating with counter staff for invoicing.

Applicants must be 18+, have at least one year as a lube/tire/service tech, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a lube/tire/service technician
• Ability to learn new concepts and use technical materials
• Ability to operate a computer and office productivity machinery
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
• Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Perform brake, front end, and alignment maintenance and other mechanical work
• Maintain orderly flow of customer service and ensure productivity
• Diagnose and repair vehicles with quality control
• Safely operate customer vehicles and move them as needed
• Attend store meetings to review safety and policy changes
• Assist management in training and coaching new personnel
