You will follow agronomic plans, monitor conditions, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations to support customer profitability. The role requires a high school diploma, CDL within six months, pesticide licenses, and experience with sprayers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; agronomy training a plus.
• CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements within six months.
• All federal and state pesticide licenses within the first six months of employment.
• Experience operating sprayers and spreaders preferred.
• Knowledge of agronomy practices and safety regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain application equipment (sprayers, spreaders).
• Apply crop production input products per agronomic plans and regulatory guidelines.
• Perform pre- and post-application inspections for safety and efficiency.
• Follow maps and instructions for precise placement and rates.
• Monitor weather and field conditions for timing and method.
• Maintain records of applications (products used, rates, areas).
• Communicate with customers and team to coordinate schedules and satisfaction.
• Adhere to safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Assist with inventory and reporting of chemical usage.
• Perform minor repairs and adjustments on equipment.
