Qualifications

• Experience in an agriculture-related role is required.
• Experience in sales, service, training, or related work is expected.
• Proficient knowledge of electrical and wireless communication systems.
• Ability to adopt a solutions approach and identify customer needs.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.
• Ability to lift, bend and carry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Supports precision agriculture strategy with technology and data-driven solutions.
• Develops strong customer and dealership personnel relationships through regular communication.
• Leads and directs personnel in implementing Precision Ag technologies with training.
• Guides successful implementation and integration of technologies across operations.
• Monitors connected support calls for troubleshooting and customer experience.
• Promotes Precision Ag technology products and maintains customer relationships.
• Manages John Deere subscriptions and renewals, and coordinates with sales for new offerings.
• Assists in precision ag inventory management with data-driven recommendations.
• Performs diagnostics and expert repairs on Precision Ag systems.
• Supports service technicians in diagnostics and repairs.
• Collaborates with service team to ensure optimal functionality of equipment.
• Lears from Operations Center data and connected apps to optimize customer operations.
