Haug Implement Co. is seeking a Precision Ag Specialist in Willmar to implement cutting-edge Precision Agriculture strategies and support customers with technical expertise. You will train staff, foster relationships, and promote John Deere solutions across departments.

You will also monitor service calls, manage subscriptions, and analyze data to optimize inventory and operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction and productivity.

Qualifications

• One or more years of agriculture-related experience.
• Experience in sales, service, training, or related work.
• Proficient knowledge of electrical and wireless communication systems.
• Ability to operate with a solutions approach and identify customer needs.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and execution of Precision Agriculture strategies using advanced technologies and data-driven solutions.
• Build strong customer and dealership relationships through regular communication and tailored solutions.
• Lead and train dealership personnel in new Precision Ag technologies for seamless integration.
• Guide the company in applying Precision Ag tech across departments for efficiency.
• Monitor and support connected service calls to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Promote Precision Ag technology products to customers and manage John Deere subscriptions and renewals.
• Assist inventory management with data-driven recommendations.
• Perform diagnostics and expert repairs on Precision Ag systems and support technicians.
