Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; agronomy training a plus.
• Experience in agricultural application or related field preferred; agronomy/precision agriculture a plus.
• Strong understanding of crop protection inputs, agronomy practices, and equipment operation preferred.
• Familiarity with GPS and precision agriculture technology a plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with deadline drive.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in teams and address issues proactively.

Responsibilities

• Mixes products and applies crop inputs according to rates and labels; records data.
• Maintain, repair and operate agricultural application equipment safely.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment for reliability.
• Calibrate equipment for accurate application rates based on field conditions.
• Maintain detailed crop application records for compliance.
• Deliver products to customers and pursue sales leads per guidelines.
• Set up equipment for material handling, blending, and storage.
