• Maintain complete loan and financial files in accordance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including consumer lending requirements.
• Collaborate with lenders, loan assistants, and other internal departments to resolve documentation or processing issues.
• Track and follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely loan closings and funding.
• Assist with post-closing file review and documentation corrections as needed.
• Support audits and examinations by providing accurate and organized loan documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer financial information.
