Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prescreens and prepares documentation for consumer and non-real estate loan requests.
• Review requests for documentation and apply holds when applicable.
• Prepare packages for e-signatures and upload documents to onBase.
• Enter loan codes to meet regulatory and reporting requirements.
• Ensure corrections are made to loan documents as requested by lenders.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from lending staff and other departments.
