Job summary

Kingman Regional Medical Center is seeking an Human Resources Representative to support the HR function across onboarding, benefits administration, and data integrity in the HRIS. You will process pre-employment checks, relocation reimbursements, retention bonuses, and monthly recruitment metrics, while providing excellent service to employees and managers.

The role requires a high school diploma or higher, at least 2 years of clerical experience, and strong MS Word/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or higher.
• Experience: At least 2 years clerical office experience.
• Certifications: SHRM-CP and/or PHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports onboarding and recruitment processes for new hires and transfers.
• Manages benefits administration, FMLA, and HR operations and responds to inquiries.
• Maintains HRIS data, processes pay/status changes and bonuses.
• Audits new hire documentation for completeness and accuracy.
