Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in Jersey City is seeking a Pre-Suit focused Attorney to handle day-to-day pre-litigation work, guide clients through the case process, and file pre-litigation documents. The role emphasizes strong client service and advocacy in personal injury matters.

You will lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers, drive KPIs, oversee settlements and the release/process approvals, and focus on automotive personal injury cases.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school and active NJ State Bar membership.
• 2+ years of premises or personal injury experience and ability to manage high volumes.
• Excellent client service, communication, leadership, and advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work.
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents.
• Complete TD approval for liability issues.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages.
• Manage the release approval process.
• Manage a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
• Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotive.
• Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team.
• EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements.
