Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. in Miami, FL seeks a Pre-Suit Attorney to handle pre-litigation work and guide clients through the case process. The role focuses on personal injury, especially automotive cases, and requires strong writing and advocacy skills. You will lead a team of 6–10 Case Managers and drive KPIs across the practice.

Qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the FL State Bar.
• 1+ years of personal injury experience.
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases.
• Excellent client service and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work.
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval process.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents.
• Approve liability issues in TD process.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand packages.
• Manage the release approval process.
• Lead a team of 6–10 Case Managers.
• Focus on personal injury cases, primarily automotive.
• Drive compliance and KPIs across the team.
• Handle EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements.
