The role involves managing a high-volume caseload with support from a small team and coordinating with clients, insurers, and medical providers to move cases toward efficient resolution.

You will learn from a managing attorney and oversee the settlement workflow, including filing suits and serving petitions as approved for litigation.

Qualifications

• Active Texas law license in good standing (or awaiting UBE results).
• Juris Doctor degree (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
