Job summary

Logitech is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with sales and lead technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and risk removal. You will align IT/AV stakeholders with business value and drive structured evaluations to close opportunities.

This remote role is centered in Southern California with travel to customer sites and Irvine/LA offices as required. A successful candidate will own PoCs, leverage strong collaboration with product and support teams, and maintain up-to-date demo

Qualifications

Experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting within IT/AV.
Deep understanding of video collaboration solutions (Teams/Zoom/Meet/Webex) and networking basics (TCP/IP, VLANs, QoS).
Strong communication, presentation, and executive storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery and design Logitech solutions addressing customer goals and risks.
Drive PoC engagements with defined scope, success criteria, and timelines.
Provide technical pre-sales leadership and credible guidance to customers and sales teams.
Develop trusted relationships with IT/AV stakeholders and collaborate with product/marketing/support teams.
Document work, risks, and decisions, and maintain demo environments for ongoing testing.
