Job summary

Wipfli LLP in the United States seeks a Sales Architect to lead functional and technical discovery, qualification, and solution mapping for new technology opportunities. You will interface with the Service & Delivery team to ensure smooth transitions from sales to delivery and guide pre-sales client definitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CS, IS, or related technical field.
• Industry related experience with ability to translate experience to client business processes and issues.
• ERP implementation experience: 6 full life cycles or 4+ years for supported platforms.
• 1+ year pre-sales operations with an enterprise software and systems integration firm.

Responsibilities

• Qualifies prospects by assessing business needs and current environments.
• Conducts in-depth discovery to identify functional requirements.
• Develops preliminary solution scope and rough budgets.
• Documents prospect requirements and key solution considerations.
• Collaborates with internal teams to develop and present value-driven solutions.
• Coordinates with Service and Delivery teams on resource availability and smooth handoff after contracts.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or closely related technical field
