Job summary

Wipfli LLP seeks a Senior Consultant to develop and implement technology solutions for client environments, with flexibility for in-person or hybrid work in the Naperville, IL area. The role includes travel to client sites and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include escalation support, assessments across Microsoft 365/Azure/AD, roadmaps, security reviews, and project planning. Prior consulting experience and industry knowledge are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of technology solutions experience in a professional services firm or 10+ years in private industry with 1+ years in a professional services firm.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure and Active Directory.
• Experience working with clients on-site; up to 15% travel in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Act as a level-three escalation resource for complex service desk issues and coordinate with SMEs to drive resolutions.
• Assess client environments across Microsoft 365, Azure, AD, SharePoint, endpoints, servers, and cloud applications.
• Document and maintain client technology roadmaps and security reviews with clear business impact and priorities.
• Lead recurring client maintenance and security review discussions; analyze reports on security gaps and roadmap progress.
• Identify risks and opportunities, present actionable recommendations, and develop solutions.
• Scope, price, and monitor project work plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
