Job summary

CDW is seeking a Consulting Solutions Executive for Hybrid Infrastructure to drive revenue in public sector accounts, including federal, state/local, and aerospace/defense. You will own strategic account planning, engage clients, design technical solutions, and manage opportunities from discovery to closure.

You will lead with data center, networking, cloud, and AI solutions, partnering with SME, practice leadership, and sales teams to win complex deals and mentor entry-level executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, CS or related field.
• 8+ years of full lifecycle sales for Hybrid Infrastructure services or 12+ years in similar roles.
• Mastery of five Hybrid Infrastructure focus areas: IBM Power, Mainframe, Storage, HCI, Data Center Networking.
• Data center/tionf expertise with VMware, HPE, Dell, Cisco.
• Experience creating BOMs and SOWs; enterprise sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building; capable across teams.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to expand CDW Hybrid Infrastructure's customer base and revenue targets.
• Understand and articulate Hybrid Infrastructure capabilities and market position.
• Build and manage stakeholder relationships across client organizations.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and manage end-to-end sales lifecycle.
• Create BOMs and SOWs to design customer solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to drive sales cycles.
• Represent CDW at industry events and mentorship roles for others.
