Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a TD SYNNEX subsidiary, seeks a Networking Field Sales Engineer to lead design activities, drive sales, and provide technical leadership across hyperscale customers. You will translate complex requirements into actionable architectures and ROI-focused proposals, supporting RFQ/RFP processes and pre-sales demonstrations.

You will collaborate with sales teams to meet revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and deep network engineering expertise.

Qualifications

• BS in CS, Information Systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in Sales or Networking Engineering for data center or HPC customers.
• Knowledge of multitenant and cloud switching deployments.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with RFQ/RFP processes and pre-sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design activities and drive sales, design and planning.
• Communicate business and technical requirements to senior management.
• Present products and technical proposals to end-users during engagements.
• Support pre-sales pilots, demos, PoCs, and benchmarks.
• Maintain relationships with client technical staff to identify new opportunities.
• Drive revenue through negotiations and solutions aligned with customer needs.
• Act as technical contact for prospects, customers, and sales team.
