Job summary

Hyve Solutions in Seattle seeks a Networking Field Sales Engineer to bridge engineering expertise and sales. You will lead design activities, articulate technical value, and collaborate with hyperscalers to drive design wins and revenue.

You will present compelling proposals, guide RFQ/NPI processes, and support the sales team with tailored architectural recommendations to meet customer needs while accelerating time-to-market.

Qualifications

• BS/technical degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years in sales engineering or networking roles.
• Experience with data center or HPC customers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead design activities and drive sales, design and planning.
• Determine business and technical requirements and communicate recommendations to senior management.
• Present products and proposals to end-users during consulting engagements.
• Provide direction during RFQ and NPI on integrated rack design.
• Support the sales team with compelling recommendations to close deals.
• Ensure revenue quotas and customer satisfaction targets are met.
• Act as technical point of contact for prospects, customers, and the sales team.
• Drive pre-sales pilots, demonstrations, PoCs, and benchmarks.
