The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of technical experience and strong communication skills to translate complex ideas. Formación

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer.
• Experience working with enterprise customers navigating complex buying cycles.
• Strong ability to translate customer requirements between technical and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor during Claude adoption.
• Support customers building with both the Claude API and Claude for Work.

Conocimientos

5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles

Experience with enterprise customers

Strong technical communication skills

Experience in designing scalable cloud architectures

Comfortable with Python

Familiarity with common LLM frameworks

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Educación

Bachelor's degree in a related field
