Mercy is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Pre-Admission/Procedure phase in the Ambulatory Surgery Unit. The role includes assessing patients, collecting histories, and coordinating with anesthesia, with direct patient care across ages.

Under supervision of the ASU Nurse Manager, you will help implement care plans, ensure safety and confidentiality, and support Mercy's mission and values. Competitive benefits apply for qualifying hours.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong clinical skills and teamwork.

Aufgaben

• Assess patients prior to admission via phone or in person.
• Collect medical history from records and coordinate with anesthesia.
• Provide direct patient care for all ages per plan of care.
• Coordinate care in alignment with hospital policies and standards.
• Uphold Mercy mission, values and service standards.
