Job summary

Sheehy Ford of Ashland is looking for an Acquisition Specialist to actively grow our pre-owned vehicle inventory by identifying opportunities, engaging leads, and guiding customers through a simple selling experience.

You will leverage data mining tools and strong communication to drive inventory growth, customer satisfaction, and a seamless selling process. Training will be provided even if you lack automotive experience, with support for growth in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven strength in lead handling, prospecting, or data-driven sales/outreach.
• Experience using or quickly learning CRM and data mining tools (eLeads, experience a plus!).
• Persuasive communicator with the ability to influence decisions and overcome objections.

Responsibilities

• Own the lead pipeline by proactively identifying opportunities using data mining tools and CRM systems.
• Excellent lead handling by quick, effective responses and consistent follow-up via multiple channels.
• Data-driven prospecting to uncover equity positions, upgrade opportunities, and acquisition targets.
