Qualifikationen

• Sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; sales training provided.
• Ability to learn and use data mining tools (eLeads experience a plus).
• Strong customer service, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; outgoing personality and ability to develop relationships.
• Driven, competitive, and collaborative team player; authorized to work in the U.S.; valid driver's license.
• Pass a pre-employment background check, MVR check, and drug screen.

• Leverage data mining tools to identify upgrade and acquisition opportunities.
• Maintain consistent customer communication via calls, emails, and in-person interactions; schedule appraisals and follow-up.
• Collaborate with the Used Car Manager to align acquisition efforts with inventory needs.
• Manage vehicle sale inquiries by entering data into appraisal platforms and reviewing CARFAX/service records.
• Assist with pricing and finalizing appraisals.
• Participate in management meetings to review objectives and performance metrics.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the acquisition process, including paperwork and post-sale payments.
