Job summary

Sheehy Ford of Ashland is seeking an Acquisition Specialist to grow our used-vehicle inventory by proactively identifying opportunities and engaging customers. You will leverage data mining tools, build trust quickly, and guide customers through the vehicle selling and appraisal process, with a focus on converting conversations into outcomes.

The role emphasizes lead generation, customer engagement, and collaboration with the Used Car Manager to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience with lead handling, prospecting, or data-driven sales/outreach.
• Ability to use CRM and data mining tools to manage opportunities.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills to influence decisions.
• Outgoing, energetic personality with strong follow-up discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the lead pipeline by identifying opportunities with data mining and CRM tools.
• Respond quickly to leads with effective follow-up via multiple channels.
• Use data to uncover equity positions, upgrade opportunities, and acquisition targets.
• Engage customers through clear valuation and guide them through selling their vehicle to the dealership.
