Job summary

Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis is seeking an Acquisition Specialist to source pre-owned vehicles directly from customers, using data mining tools to identify opportunities and collaborate with sales managers to meet profit goals and maintain customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes an exceptional customer service mindset, ability to learn lead-generation software, and a team-focused, fast-paced environment. Automotive sales experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or similar work background.
• Familiarity with data mining tools and lead generation software.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and time management skills.
• Outgoing, professional demeanor and team player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Identify acquisition opportunities using data mining tools and referrals.
• Maintain regular contact with customers via calls, email, and in-person meetings.
• Coordinate with Used Car Manager to align inventory needs with acquisitions.
• Enter data into appraisal systems, review vehicle history, and finalize appraisals.
• Participate in management meetings to track objectives and performance metrics.
• Ensure smooth paperwork flow and post-sale follow-ups for customer satisfaction.
