Qualifications

• Customer service experience or transferable sales skills are valuable.
• Ability to learn data mining tools (eLeads experience a plus).
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify acquisition opportunities using data mining tools and referrals.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Coordinate with Used Car Manager to align inventory needs with acquisition goals.
• Enter data into appraisal platforms, review histories, and ensure accuracy of appraisals and paperwork.
• Participate in meetings to review objectives and performance metrics.
