Job summary

Sheehy Hyundai of Waldorf, part of Sheehy Auto Stores, is seeking an Acquisition Specialist to source pre-owned vehicles directly from customers and streamline the process for both dealer and seller.

You will use data mining tools and collaborate with sales leadership to meet profit goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Strong service background, adaptability, and teamwork are valued in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service background preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn data mining tools (eLeads a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Leverage data mining tools to identify upgrade and acquisition opportunities.
• Maintain consistent customer communication via calls, emails, and in-person interactions; schedule appraisals and ensure timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with the Used Car Manager to align acquisition efforts with inventory needs.
• Assist with pricing and finalizing appraisals, entering data into appraisal platforms.
• Participate in management meetings to review objectives and performance metrics.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism throughout the acquisition process, including paperwork and post-sale follow-up.
