Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and online in a welcoming manner.
• Listen to customer needs and identify right vehicle options based on preferences and budget.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives, showcasing features and benefits.
• Present financing, warranty, and protection options in coordination with the F&I department.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, features, and programs.
• Complete all sales paperwork accurately and deliver a transparent transaction.
• Collaborate with management, F&I, and service teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.
