Family Car Group is seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant – Automotive to drive customer engagement and grow our dealership's market share. You will own the sales process from prospecting to vehicle delivery, delivering exceptional service and turning buyers into lifelong customers.

The role requires product knowledge, CRM proficiency, and a proactive sales mindset. A background in sales is a plus, and the company offers paid training and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience, education and prior sales training are a PLUS.
• Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement dealership sales process
• Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
• Present and demonstrate inventory
• Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
• Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
• Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
• Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average and monthly units to dealership standards
• Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
• Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
