The role requires a motivated, self-starting professional with excellent communication, a neat appearance, and the ability to work with limited supervision. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Professional and dependable; able to work with limited supervision.
• Safety and customer service-oriented behavior.
• Basic computer and internet skills.

• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle selection and explain model options, features, and financing options.
• Conduct vehicle test drives and ensure compliance with traffic laws.
• Explain vehicle operation, warranty, and servicing requirements to customers.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and up-to-date vehicle knowledge.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
