Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
• A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and ethical business practices.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers to identify their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Conduct thorough vehicle presentations, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages of pre-owned inventory.
• Accurately appraise trade-in vehicles and negotiate fair purchase prices.
• Facilitate test drives and provide detailed explanations of vehicle performance and safety features.
• Assist customers with financing options and complete all necessary sales documentation.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current pre-owned inventory, pricing, and promotions.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering repeat business and referrals.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
• Collaborate effectively with other dealership departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
