Georgica Auto Holdings is seeking a highly motivated Automotive Pre-owned Sales Consultant to guide customers through the pre-owned vehicle purchasing process from initial contact to delivery.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Candidates should be comfortable evenings/weekends and working in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven sales experience, preferably automotive
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and ethical practices
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers to identify vehicle needs and preferences
• Present vehicles, highlighting features and benefits
• Appraise trade-ins and negotiate fair purchase prices
• Facilitate test drives and explain vehicle performance and safety features
• Assist with financing options and complete sales paperwork
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, pricing, and promotions
• Build and maintain customer relationships for repeat business
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices
• Pursue ongoing product knowledge and sales training
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
