Job summary

Paragon Honda is seeking an Automotive Customer Service BDC Consultant to engage clients via phone with a professional, friendly approach. You will schedule and confirm sales and service appointments, log customer interactions, and follow up to improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include heavy calling, data entry, and collaboration with Sales/Service. A strong voice, reliability, and multitasking are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior phone or telemarketing experience in automotive, business development, or customer service preferred.
• Professional, enthusiastic and friendly attitude at first contact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate with a BDC Manager.
• Organized, multi-tasking and self-motivated with teamwork ability; good time management.

Responsibilities

• Handle heavy inbound and outbound calls and schedule sales appointments.
• Make outbound calls and log customer comments in the system.
• Schedule follow-ups and contact customers using scripts to set appointments.
• Confirm, post and reschedule appointments; update customer changes in the database.
• Generate letters, postcards and emails for follow-up reminders per timeline.
• Coordinate with Sales and Service departments to ensure appointment outcomes.
