Job summary

Twenty Four Seven Hotels seeks a dynamic General Manager for a ground-up Fairfield Inn & Suites Inglewood pre-opening project in Inglewood, CA. You will lead design input, OS&E selection, systems implementation, operating procedures, financial strategies, and a successful grand opening, then drive guest satisfaction and market growth post-opening.

Qualifications

• GM experience in a like-sized property (5+ years).
• Experience at a premium-branded hotel (IHG preferred).
• Strong leadership and analytical skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest level of customer service to guests and associates.
• Identify gaps in performance, productivity and efficiency and implement fixes.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports including forecasting and labor control.
• Develop the annual business plan and budget.
• Understand revenue management and drive sales at the hotel.
• Lead sales team to achieve revenue targets and execute marketing plans.
• Implement cost controls to maximize profits.
• Enforce preventative maintenance to protect assets.
